Hello , I need 1985+ 302 block that still has standard bore with minimal wear... my car has been sitting for the last few weeks because i have been unable to find a block in edmonton alberta. I tried the junkyards but most of the cars there are worn at 30 thou etc. If anyone can help me out let me know thanks id owe you HUGE!

Hi, I have an 84 or 85 block that I believe is standard bore. Its not a roller block however, and I'm pretty sure it would need a teardown and probably rings and bearings at least. I don't have any need for it, but its in Saskatchewan right now, but I could get it to Three Hills AB in a couple weeks if you're interested.

remember that roller blocks came standard in all crown vics, and f150, f250 trucks from at least 86 and up. HOWEVER, the trucks and crown vics did not use a roller cam, but they do have the roller lifter bores and retainer bolt bosses in the lifter valley.

I cant believe that there isnt a single 86-95 5.0 block available in edmonton.

My crown vic has a roller cam. 88 302. I have a late 80's truck block standard bore but it's pretty rusty.... roller block but does not have the bolt down holes (have to be drilled but it does have the posts for the spider hold down.)
