If I Get A 65mm TB? Do I Need a Bigger Mass Air?

The car is bone stock. I noticed the stock mass air meter is pretty small. If I change to a 65mm throttle body, would it do any good if I don't change the stock mass air.

If I do change the mass air too. What size is best for Edelbrock Intake and aluminum heads down the road?

i wouldnt get a larger maf untill you get the intake or heads but if you want to get it now go for at least 75mm. thats about standard i think. i run an 80mm and i know they have 90mm

Would it do any good to get the 65mm TB and leave the mass air stock?

IMO as long as the mass air meter is bigger than the TB it should not be a restriction until bigger heads, cam, intake are added. A bigger MAF will not hurt performance like a TB that is too big for your application would.

dont worry about it for now. would be it a good idea to upgrade, sure, but not gonna be that restirctive.
