I just changed my 30# injectors today to 24# and my C&L 80mm meter to a 76mm meter. Fuel pressure is currently set at 32# with the vacuum hose off. What should I set it at now? Here is my cylinder #3 spark plug. How does it look?

What happens if you start up the engine with the TPS, IAC, and EVP unplugged, and the upper intake removed. Everything else is hooked up. I'm obviously not dumb enough to try this, but what exactly would happen?
