i have 19 lbs, and i was wondering when should i upgrade to 24 lbs, and will do do anything performance wise? what else to ihave to do if i upgrade to 24 lbs, thanks
Often I have heard the general rule that you upgrade injectors after your making aprox 350 flywheel horse power. A/f is the ideal approach but not available to everyone. Your present setup will work well with the 19's...24's will only serve to lighten you wallet with your combo.
Then it's a shot in the dark, but doable. The EEC adpative control feature will make adjustments if the injector over/under sizing is within the EEC adjustment band.
i always thought 19 # inj were good upto 300 hp motor....i would do the entire fuel system if i were you...24# inj, 75 pro m meter, and 255 in tank pump

thats way overkill. if you anticipated needed it , then when it's time to upgrade yes. but i ran 12.50's all day long w/ 19 lb'ers and a 190 and it ran flawlessly.
fp guage up on the hood and it never looked weak at all.
