Installing performer 5.0 upper, longtubes, 80mm maf, afpr, 24# inj.'s on saturday

Just thought I would state the obvious with regards to the LT's. You will still need to get under the car to remove the midpipe.

I guess you could drive the car with open headers to a muffler shop to modify your midpipe to fit the LT's. That is my plan.

right now with the race bullets on, its loud but not as loud as 40 series i dont think, its deep and raspy/aggressive, but not extremely loud, u can hear it coming from around the corner though if im on the gas, not if im just cruising

ok guys... installed everything today, had to jack the motor up, and put the lt's in from underneathe the car, oil tube was a bitch to put back in, everything else went in decently... tried to start it up, it revs to 3,000 rpm's and whistles, then i turned it off, joe had to go somewhere so we will finish it tomorrow (hopefully), when we first started it up we heard a loud pop/crackle so who knows, also the fpr was at like 60-80 and the idles really screwed up, joe also thinks theres a gasket leak on the passenger side... we'll see tomorrow
