I know the only difference is the gt-40 heads but if i can get this for $650-750 should i go for it? I was thinking about a budget rebuild this summer but if I can get this should I go for the long block?

This motor was pulled at 100k miles out of a friends 94 Cobra, "which he replaced with a built 302". Motor was in perfect shape, used zero oil and had no signs of wear upon tear down.

All machine work, "and assembly" is complete. Basically a stock rebuild, but here's what was done.

Valves reground
New valve stem seals
Deck resurfaced
Punched .030 with new Hyperutectic's
Crank ground
Rods clearanced
All parts magnafluxed
Childs and Albert Rings
Clevite Bearings

Have stock Cobra cam, "not installed"
Have pan, pickup, and lifter valley bracket thingee.

This motor DOES have the original GT 40 heads

Has zero miles, has never been cranked. Was lubed up, and stored. Should make a great daily driven, or street/strip motor.
