well my plans for some extra power are now on a list here it is:

y303 gt40 aluminum heads
cobra intake
c&l 73mm MAF
Walbro 190lph
FMS 65mm throttlebody
FMS Roller Rockers 1.72
Kirban ADFPR

NOw my questions are is this everything i need? I know im gonna need gaskets can anyone suggest what all i need? How well will this combo work out on the street w/ the stock cam? Im not looking for something too extreme just somehting that will put me in the mid to low 13s. Any suggestions for what else is needed and should i change anything on the list? This will be added to the mods in my sig, thanks

This should be a very nice streetable combo. Very similar to what I am installing, except I'm going with the GT-40p heads and adding MAC ceramic coated headers. I would suggest adding headers to your list. Others are going to suggest adding 24# injectors, but I've been advised that I won't really need them yet, by a few local professional Mustang hot rodders.

already have headers on the car, thanks. any suggestions on what gaskets to get? i dont really know which ones to buy like brand and all, if able please list. thanks

I used the FEL-1415 header gasket and FEL-1250 lower intake gasket. I got some ROL head gaskets from www.flowtechinduction.com so I don't know the part number for them off hand. I would get a new thermostat gasket and have a bit of spare money for accidents or if you see you need a new vaccum line or if you broke something...

You should be able to reuse your valve cover gaskets...

I've been thinking of the same combo, I wasn't sure how well the heads would work with the stock cam though. Anybody out there know for sure? Also if any body has a suggestion or opinion on the size of injector. Thanks all.

Oh yeah to answer your question as to what you will need. Head Bolts, FRPP # M-6065-C289

fordnatic - The heads will work awesome with the stock cam (the stock cam is good) and you will maintain the same cam driveability characteristics:nice:

I would get 24lb injectors...but if your just doing those heads/intake the 19's (stock) would work...

I think the stock injectors should be fine. However you may want an ajustable fuel pressure regulator to bump the fuel 6-8 psi. The computer should compensate at low demand and it will help at WOT :nice:
