No it does not. and you have to delete the hole for the wiring from the GT wing and drill a new hole. The wing comes with things to drill the holes for the center support things in the wing.

And also, I'm doing the body work now. Working on it two nights during the week and saturdays and sundays. I don't think it should take me to long to get it ready. Just the bill on the paint is gonna kill me! May have to get a credit card to pay for it haha. I should be looking at at least 1000 bucks for paint.

Cause good paint costs alot. Every car I do for my shop gets at least 1200 in paint ALONE!
1 qt of the Competition orange is 83 bucks
1 qt of the Reflex silver is 45
1 qt of the Nighthawk black is also about 45 bucks
a gallon of clear and activator is probably gonna be 300 bucks

an Ima need about 3 quarts of silver and black (6 quarts reduced each) and a quart of the orange and a gallon and a half of reducer ($100?) and a gallon of clear and a gallon of primer and activator which is 185 bucks for the Dupont "4 to 1" urethane primer. So the grand total is about 938 so saying 1200 for the paint is about right.
