I just bought a 93gt about 3 weeks ago to use as my winter project. The cars got 61,000 miles on it as of now 3.73 gears a built rear end Southside lower control arms and everything else is Kenny Brown, and a vortech supercharger. Over the winter I want to build a whole new motor and put a novi 2000 on it. I just don't know what block would be best to start with. My goal at the end when its finished is to have 600hp, more would be nice but I;d like to reach 600. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated

nice purchase, you have a lot of options...but 600hp takes you past the limits of your factory block. If you want to stick with a 302 based block, get a Dart block or a nice seasoned A4 block. OR, you could get a 351 windsor block with forged internals and throw the Novi on it and be done. If the skies the limit, you could purchase a Bennett Racing 427 stroker (625hp @ crank) then throw a Novi2000 at it and go REALLY FAST!

as previously stated, there are many options. If you want to build a 331 I'd pick up a boss 302 4 bolt block or a dart, a good forged internal stroker kit and then throw your novi on it. 600hp from a built 331 with a blower is a piece of cake! :nice:
