Just had my car dynoed, are these #'s good for my mods?

I just got home an hour ago from Lewisville texas. The place i had my car dynoed is called speed works, bunch of good guys there, it was a long drive but worth the $45.00 for three pulls. Anyway i have no way of posting my dyno sheets, but with the mods that are in my signature are these #'s good for what's on my car. I know that the auto trans is killing my rear power but here are the #'S. First run timing set @14 degrees 243.8 HP and torque 248.1 then the second run timing set @14 degrees and 234.7 HP and 275.1 torque an the third run set timing adjuster to 16 degrees and 242.2 and torque was 282.3. Are these #'s where they should be for an auto? They told me that these were good #'s and that the air/fuel ratio was good 12-13.

Those seem good to me. With 20% drivetrain loss, your making about 300hp and 350TQ.

Hey thanks for all the positive feedback on my dyno #'s. I just want to achieve a rwhp of 260hp, how can this be done by not adding long tube headers or nitrous?

A set of cams should up the power close to what you're shooting for with a custom tune. Any reason you don't want the LT's?

Id definately get L/T's . Youll pass your goal of 260rwhp Im willing to bet. Bad news is will have to get a matching shorty H or X pipe to go with them.

As for ls1overyou lol, he probably found his car by cutting his grass

I can't go with long tube headers because the entire state of texas is eventually going to go to emissions testing when having your car inspected, so i don't want to spend two days removing the exhaust and installing the factory exhaust (cats) to pass inspection then re-install the longtubes, too much of a pain.

Is Texas doing away with L/T's, or just enforcing emissions? Here in NC most of our counties are going with emissions testing, but in most places, L/T's are fine as long as you have cats on your midpipe.
Just a thought, then all you would have to do is bolt on a catted mid pipe instead of swapping headers and all

Sorry if i was misunderstood, no texas isn't doing away with longtubes, just i would like to have all the power that the longtubes can give me without cats. Puting cats behind the longtubes defeats the purpose, the cats will be killing like 10 hp, so really, you want see but a 10hp gain if lucky, i'm guessing. What i meant was if i put on longtube headers without cats it will be a pain to remove all that exhaust and put the factory h-pipe on to have it inspected. I now can remove just my offroad h-pipe and re-install my factory h-pipe in about two (2) hours, this is alot easier.

I don't want to get flamed or anything... but aren't those numbers a little low. Granted it is an automatic, but with all his mods I expected higher numbers. I thought the baseline for a stock 99+ GT was around 230 to the wheels? If you ad up the horsepower that other people have dynoed with similar performance mods...

Mac Offroad H Pipe Exhaust +10
Steeda Underdrive Pullies +5?
Steeda Timing Adjuster
K&N Air Filter With Silencer Removed +3?
BBK 75MM TB and
C&L Upper Intake Plenum +15

total of +/-263 hp at the wheels

I'm actually in the process of buying the c/l plenum too and the pullies etc... and I will be dynoing my car also. I calculated bigger numbers, but I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

Autos dyno about 219 to the rear wheels. I think they're great numbers.
