can someone explain briefly how things like LCA's, subframes, and coilovers help in your 1/4 times?

RC

Briefly-All the things you mentioned help with pinion angle, flex and weight transfer. Things that the stock units can't do. Therefore it will help plant the power and reduce 1/4 mile times. Of course sticky tires and driver play the biggest role.

Yes, I'm wearing a helmet, and in that pic it does look like an eagle, but its really a checkered flag and stuff. Here's a pic...

I do not remove the sway bar. I tried it a few times and the car hooked better with it. I don't know if my chassis flexes too much without it or what.

I'm running 26X10.5X16 ET streets on the stock 16" wheels. They are 4 years old which isn't ideal, but I in the 1.6's now in terms of 60'. I ran them with 16-17lbs of air, so hopefully next time out when I lower them to say 11-12lbs I will hook a little better. My best 60' has been a 1.65' but on my 12.31 run it was a 1.66.
