kumho ecsta spt???

anyone know anything about kumho ecsta spt's? i found a brand new set of two 275 35 18 for 225$....on tirerack they go for 206 a piece...was just wondering what opinions were on these tires. thanks

I've got Kumho's on the rear. I think they are ECSTS'a but not positive. 275-40-17's
Pretty happy with them so far (about a year) Drove home today in the rain today and they had good grip. handle well in the dry too.

if they are the same tires im thinking of, i dont like them...ive had two sets of kumho tires, one size is the size that you are talking about on my gt and the other were 205-35-17 on an old 240sx...they were hard compound and the traction was crap...not saying that its a bad tire, i just didnt care for them...

Those tires don't hook so well, but they are hard as ****, and last a good while. Tire guys hate them, because the rubber is so hard, they are a total bitch to get on a rim. I used to dread installing Kumho tires.
