Just purchased a 66 Mustang FB.
I am really struggling with leg room..
I am not a "giant" 6'2" 200 lbs.
Car has a manual trans.
I need to pick up some extra space somewhere so that I can shift and drive the car aggressively.
Options?
Thanks,
Scott

How about an additional 2 1/2 inches? (NOT a Viagra ad)

I designed and built some adapter brackets that will relocate the seat back an additional 2 1/2 inches. These brackets fit between the seat and the factory seat tracks. They require no welding to construct and are totally bolt on. The seat can easily be restored to stock condition. The only modification to the factory parts is the drilling of two additional holes in the bottom of the seat. These holes are not visible if you choose to restore the seat back to stock.

Email me at jb18@tmw.com and I'll send you a Word document describing how to make them.
