First time on one of these forums but I have a 2002 Mustang v6 one issue I am having is that the headlights/high beams are very dim I can barely see up the road and damn near nothing on the sides. I replaced old housings with completely new and clear housings and replaced bulbs with the brightest options I can get and the problem still exist? Anyone familiar with this issue?

There are two grounds on the front radiator support with green ground screws. Verify they are clean and tight and present. The wires are connected to the rad support with green grounding screws. These are the headlight grounds. A poor ground usually causes one light to be dimmer than the others.

Driver's side might have two, but i beleive only 1 is the headlight ground and the other is something else. I've circled in blue above

Some of the cheaper Chinese headlights have little or no light reflecting capability like the factory ones
They might have a DOT stamp, but that would have been bought and paid for
