LMR Cruise-In 2024: Find YOUR Ride! Mustangs, Lightnings, & More Rolling into Texas Motor Speedway

This year we moved the GoPro down the hill so that we could try and capture most of the vehicles at the LMR Cruise-In as they entered through the tunnel. We also ran the camera longer this year in an effort to try and get as many of the cars that we could! We appreciate each and every one of you that came out to help us celebrate our 25th anniversary! The 2024 LMR Cruise-in was a huge success!

To everyone that traveled near and far, thank you for helping us celebrate 25 years! The LMR 25th anniversary celebration (2024 Cruise-in) was one for the books! With just over 2,000 vehicles in attendance, the record has been broken yet again!

The one-day event was held at Texas Motor Speedway for the fourth consecutive year. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to our customers and event attendees, the LMR staff for their commitment and hard work to ensuring that everyone had a great experience and the Texas Motor Speedway staff for letting us use their world-class facility.

Scrapyard RESCUE!! We SAVED a 1993 Fox Body Mustang from the Crusher | INSANE Transformation!

This project took us a while to complete! The latter part of nearly 4 years. Brandon Williams, an employee of LMR, just so happen to stumble across a black 2.3L 4-cylinder Fox Mustang at his friend's salvage yard. Talk about right place, right time! The car was just days away from being crushed.

Over the past few years, we (LMR) helped Brandon get this car back to driver quality. The focus was to spend our time, not our money. I know what you're thinking; time is money. Well, in this sense it's a little different. We wanted to "hustle" this one with our sweat equity because there are those of us out there that may not be in a position to open up the checkbook.

Engine swaps in Ford’s Fox chassis cars, mainly Fox Body Mustangs, have been popular for a long time. Why? Well, the Fox chassis is easy to work on, has an abundance of aftermarket parts, and the cars are still somewhat plentiful. Although, they aren’t as cheap as they once were. But, we can say that for just about anything in life.

Over the years, we’ve done some cool projects! It's hard to pick a favorite as they all have their own bit of character and soul. We just like to work on the cars and live the life as our customers.
