MAF size

How do I know what size MAF I need?

Current combo:
306" 9.9:1, AFR165 RPM II intake, 24lb injectors, 70mm TB and EGR-and I have not gotten a camshaft yet. Probably something somewhat mild. Car is not running yet and I don't have anything but a stock MAF at the moment.

That, or bigger. There really is no magic golden rule as far as sizing your MAF. You just want to size it big enough so that it is not a "choke point" in your system.

Fwiw I have an 80mm maf matched to a 70mm tb,egr spacer, and intake opening.

With a 70mm tb....at least a 75 or 80mm maf

IMO : 75 or 80

Make sure you have it calibrated to match your 24# injectors.
