This system sounds and looks great, very easy to install, took me 1.5 hours from on the lift to off the lift. :D Anyways, I got it all lined up and tightened down real well. Everything looks to have plenty of clearance, but when I hit a decent bump I hear a clunk like a component is hitting the car. Any suggestions as to what this could be??

I had the same problem, it clunked when I went over speed bumps etc. and I got back under it and i hadnt tightened the tip down good enough and that little buit of flexibility it had caused it to hit the rear bumper. Tightebed down the allen screw and it was good to go.

my sway bar is hitting when my rear suspension compresses....

Anyone know a fix for this?????

Will an aftermarket sway bar work better?

I had the EXACT same problem with my magnaflow system.

If you push the driver side rear pipe all the way onto the muffler, then the hump that goes over the axel will rub on the sway bar. I just had to pull the rear pipe out of the muffler a little, then tighten it back up..

Mine had a clunk also. It wasn't the suspension for me. It was the drive shaft. I had to adjust the extension pipe on the passenger side. When I hit a big bump that let the rear axle drop a lot it would hit the extension pipe and the corner of the muffler. After the adjustment, no more clunk.

Mine clunks cause of the rods that hold the tips in place, tightening them down helps some but they are a little long, some people have cut the excess off and this supposedly helps. I'm just too lazy, I also have MRT tips sitting in my bedroom that should take care of the problem, just need to find some time to install them.
