I ahve searched and found some infomation but nothing conclusive.

My engine is all stock, not one mod. I am wanting to change my spark plugs because its been 20K miles. I got a few questions.

What kind of spark plug and heat range do you reccomend I get for my 96 GT n/a?

What do I have to torque the spark plugs down too and whats the gap they should be at?

Thanks very much!

You may as well stick with the stock replacement plugs and gap them at .054.
Don't forget to use anti-seize on the threads and torque them down to the rcommended 7-15 ft lbs.

What Candastang advised you to do is probably best. Get a set of stock heat range plugs and gap them at .054

I'll add to this by saying if you haven't changed your fuel filter, now would be the time to do so. Also, get some seafoam and run it through the gas tank, motor, and if you can, the intake. This will clean the motor out.
