I have a 1999 Roush Stage 1 V6 Mustang 5 speed and have recently acquired a 97 Mark Viii. I have access to everything in the Mark VII and know most of what the swap needs. My Main question is what work would need be done to wire my gauges and such into the Mark Viii ECU or if its even possible.

It's not reasonable to transplant a PCM from a totally different car into a Mustang. Much wiser to look at this as a V6 to V8 swap.

IMO you BIGGEST problem is having access to all of the tiny BS Mustang GT specific parts that bolt onto the motor. The problem will be bad enough that some consideration should be given to acquiring a donor Mustang GT to raid for parts.

Buckle your seat belts. This is going to be a rough ride.
