Thanks:: I've done new tfi,new distributor (new pip)fuel pump relay,ECU power relay,I'll get a maf just to cover all the basesI will leave these here for no other reason than for you to ponder. These are the things can cause intermittent stalling with no codes. I include the VSS but I've never heard of that causing a shut down when in the throttle; Only at idle.
That leaves:
TFI - You been down that road
PiP - Dunno if you been there yet
MAF - Usually throws a code but no always
Fuel Pump relay and your beloved EEC relay.
Anywho... Good luck and hope your new relay solves it for you.

It weird that when it wouldn't start I put a tfi on and it fired right up, and when I got a motorcraft TfI it was no good out the box and another motorcraft TfI and that wouldn't stay running ,the Master pro. tfi runs but she still shuts off .Just a spitball's chance in hell, but a LONG time ago - like back in the early 90s - I had a car shut down on me randomly. If memory serves, it was only when it was warm. It turned out to be a batch of bad spark plugs. I remember chasing my tail and just changing them while firing the parts cannon, but it did the trick for whatever reason. I think they were even kinda new. The one thing I do remember is that they were Champions - I've never used Champions since. Like I said, probably not relevant in your case, just thought I'd mention it.

Not yetMay have been covered. Have you check the ECU ground behind the battery? There is a connector that can corrode and/or the connection to the inner fender via the self tapping screw can be suspect as well.
