Here is a quick check I did on whether the "siamese" of runners was a good idea. I did not do a rigourous check for accuracy, so if any of you are bored, check it. Looks like the #1 & #5 are the best candidate...
PS, this would have to be done for each different cam as the valve events change - this was based on my factory cam.
