$100?

I paid $600 for the fronts and $300 for the rears. I thought that was fair for what I was getting. The ones with the tan inserts are so frigging hard to find, so I had to take what was available.

BTW where did you get those MT's from? I need a pair for myself as well.

i got the MT's from the shop doing my engine build a few months back. i bought them b/c i heard MT was switching production plants and they wouldnt be available for a while. guess i got them at the right time b/c i cant find any 18's now. they do have 2 sets of 17" MT radials left there.

as far as the seats go, i sold my buddy my stock leather ones for $400 plus trade of his old seats. i traded his old seats and gave $500 to the guy with the cobra seats. so i only have $100 plus gas money in the seats. i did have to drive 650 miles and 12 hours on the road today to get them though.

BTW what do you guys do to keep the suade from getting all matted up?? i cleaned the inserts with woollite already today but i noticed the bottom of the seat is starting to get kinda stringy looking. nothing bad but i want to keep them looking their best

Best advice I can give you is to NOT clean them LOL. Just dust them off and NEVER ever rub hard or use anything other than a little warm water. Stains require gentle rubbing with soapy water from what I hear.
I dont know how to get rid of the dreaded strings though :nonono:

My dads Ls seats has a little spot like that with a little slight string action going on.

good luck.

i actually tried something to get rid of the strings taht made it a lot better. i used a set of beard trimmers and took the guard off and trimmed the little stringy things down. it worked out really well. i think i'll drivethem for a while b/c the reaplcement lower section is $250:eek:
