Well, so far I have had a good experience dealing with MPH. I ordered an Xcal2 and Rhonda called me today to set everything up. There was no sticker on my passenger door to get the computer code so I had to take apart a few things. They walked me right threw everything. She said Tim should set the tune done tomorrow and I should have the Xcal2 by Wednesday. They are very helpful people over at MPH. So far I recommend them 100%

Wow... Man why can't there be more places and people like at MPH?

You know if there were shop owners and mechanics that were as customer service oriented as they seem to be, the performance/tuning world would explode all over the U.S. I think the typical sub-par social skills of most mechanics, and the cockyness of treating someone like they don't know anything about a car, is one of the biggest reasons that performance shops die off from lack of business. You know, you pay someone alot of money for something that is supposed to be fun and exciting and you get treated with no regard...and if something breaks the shop dogdes responsibility to keep from fixing your car. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth, and thats crap for how much time and money this stuff costs.

It sounds like MPH is doing things right and I certainly wish I was closer to GA now....

You are so right. The aftermarket/performance is an extremely competitive business, and you wouldn't believe some of the ass clown shops and owners/techs I come across sometimes. The down to earth guys who are honest and respectable are the ones you feel good about, and they're the ones who usually succeed.

I'll always tell anyone I know to go to MPH, cause all of the reasons mentioned in this thread. They've helped in just about any way someone could think of. Andy has given me phone advice on installs, first hand help on installs [in the shop (my blower install was a nightmare & he helped me get it straight & dropped what he was doing to do so)]. Rhonda has got me parts when time was extremely important, way more than she should have had to I might add. & Tim has always had an open ear to mod advice for me & even told me to stop screwing with something that's working, & stop being stupid. Which I need from time to time

& the most important thing is; you just won't find better people. They genuinely care, & sadly, that's a rare character trait these days. MPH fo lyfe suckas

MPH has customers from all over the country. One of their baddest builds is a Bullitt from California. It's well worth the trip, regardless of where you live, if you plan a build.

Good enough service for me to drive 700+ miles one way for my mongoose install and tune. I would do it again too.
