I have got a 98 GT and I am debating on weather to get MSD wires or Ford Racing wires. I can get them for basically the same price.

Car specs (in case it matters)
98 4.6 SOHC, no cat h-pipe, MSD coil pack, Flowmasters, Motorcraft Fine wire plugs.

Any input?

Thanks

Hey Randy! In case anyone doesn't know, Randy's a "straight up guy".

But here is my experience... I bought FRPP 9mm wires (red). One set and then another set. Both sets, the distributor plugs clips broke off within a year of just squeezing them to take them off. (Mind you, I was living in Vegas at the time and the heat may have destroyed the plastic) I then bought MSD "Superconductor" 8.5mm wires (red). I've had them for over 4 years and no problems or breakage. They lasted through two years in Vegas (extreme heat) and now two years in (sub-zero cold) weather in Colorado.

I'd go with the MSDs...

JMHO
