A quick google search of that part number comes up with evidence that it might be a 2.3 fork from a Pinto. I haven't found anything else to back that up, just this from foureyedpride....

2.3t clutch fork question

Hello, I have a bell housing off a pace car with a 2.3t and one off of a 86tbird turbo coupe. My question is which fork would be used on the pace car's bell housing. Are they the same off a 5.0? I know the Tbird ones are different. I have 2 NOS for the Tbird' but I'm trying to not have to use...

This is supposed to be a pinto bell
The rivets direction match mine and is different than the V8?

mine was 11-1/2" stock from the factory.

D52A-7515-AC left, D4ZA-7515-B8 2nd from left, D8BC-7515-AC third from left, but only the Fox 5.0 fork , the forth from the left, will work

mine is incorrect, everybody else is using theres

options
modify a fox one to work
use the quicktime bell housing with a fox fork
maybe find and ask Phill from the mustang 2 facebook page? Phil Schmidt 334-298-3038
he is a source for used and new mutt2 parts,
mixed reviews here and there though, i guess cause people have high expectations for 45 yr old car parts

mine is for a 2.3 so not 'correct'
probably would still work though depending on how different the 2.3 and the small mutt2 302bell housings are

The foxbody clutch fork looks like it could work. They are still in production:
