MY 460 WAS STOLEN TODAY BY MY BEST FRIEND

Well then I wouldn't throw a punch at someone who can walk off with a 460 :)

It go something like this:

Me: I'm gonna kick you ass
Him: wha?
Me: Whaaam... *snap* oh God I think I broke my hand
Him: I got an itch on my face
Me: waaaaaaaaaaa *cries*
Him: oh you're fighting me? WHAAM!
Me: *dead*

Just get the engine back, help pay at least 1/2 of the damage you caused. Fighting won't help anything... heh hit a kid (only 17) while you're supposed to be an adult (21) and see what happens.

Let us know how that works out for you. You both sound like you're about 8 tonight. Chill man --- you're not making the situation any better.

Plus you will be in serious trouble for beating a minor.

Why haven't this been moved yet?

you know, i consider myself pretty mature most of the time, but i dont understand something, i do understand all the legal constraints of going to jail, being sued and pressing charges. But, i mean come on guys, the man stole his motor....put yourself in his shoes, if you had a new 460 you were all excited about, you had been thinkin about all the mods you were gonna do to it and preparing it to put in your car, and then some little 17 year old came along and trespassed on your property and blatenly stole it, that would be like being spit on and i know id feel extremely violated, not to mention angry, and the fact its all over a stupid incident over a four wheeler is ridiculous. Now i do firmly believe he should pay for the damage to the four wheeler whether the guy asks him to or not...But, dont sit here and judge him based on what he wrote, because i gurantee you, even though your older, youd be just as mad if someone did it to you. So dont sit here and try to act like your better than him until you can honestly say youve been in a similar situation... :nonono:

if this was iraq you would be beheaded right now, to much eye for and eye bs. One you should have paid for his atv that you broke, and two he shouldn't have stolen your engine. Your both wrong and make it right, pay for the atv and he'll give you your engine back.

I would call the shop owners and tell them if the motor isnt back your calling the police and filing a theft report and his insurance company will owe you for a new stroker motor. And stick to your guns on it. I bet he will get the motor back fast. Also threaten to call the better business bureau on the shop.
