i've decided to go with a Dr. Gas midpipe, Kooks LT's, SFC'S and a strut tower brace with another dyno tune here in the next month or so. anyone know which STB will fit over a KB 1.7? i've been told a 03-04 Cobra will but that they don't do much good? is a STB worth my time? recommendations on SFC's?

Kooks

I recently bought a car that has a set of Kooks. The car was shipped to the for fabrication.

The bill for the headers was 2000.00. They are stainless, 1 7/8, and end in a latch on 3 inch adaptor. They have a very unique sound. You can hear every piston pulse if you stand next to the car. It reminds me of an exhaust leak....but it isn't.

Hey man, where have you been?

I really like my Global West subs with the seat supports. Kenny Brown's Matrix set up is nice also.

Call Joe at Chicane. He knows who's STB will work. I believe Snow Performance makes one that will fit. Not 100%


Oh yea, I saw those pics of Footnfans Kooks. Gorgeous! Just too much money. Maybe that's why they named them Kook's because after you spend the money you feel like a "kook" but have some really insane, professionally custom made headers.

Damn those are not Cheap. Best bang for the Buck is the BBK's

The maximum motorsports bar for the 2003 cobra should fit with little or no modifications. Email MM, they sent me pictures of a series II car equipped with this brace, and it looked like it fitted pretty well. When I get some time in a couple of months, I will try it out.
