You will need documentation that you agreed on a gt40 intake. Emails would work as documentation though, otherwise your pretty much hosed! The seller has proof that he shipped you an item via tracking number: explains why he shipped a lower intake. Also, you opened the box to view the product so he could say you switched items?? I have been in that position before and it sucks! Sorry to hear about it...

This may not help after the fact, but you would want to document your purchase with a receipt. What happened to you was terrible. Hopefully, you and others will learn from this incident.

I really dont get when people post this.....learn from what???? u made a deal with someone, and they didnt fullfill their share of the deal...it can happen to anyone and anyone can do it..0 good feedback or 100, u just dont know when u are gonna be ripped off unless u can read minds...so theres no way u can learn from any mistakes....and a reciept wont do much when u cant really get anyone to help u out.

Anyway....is brownsville more east or west in PA?? im on LI if u wanna attack from all sides lol.....

lol i bet u this guy has a cellphone dedicated to his littel scamming business...gets the cheapest plan for like 20 a month, sets it on silent, keeps it on the charger and chucks it in a draw somewhere...he doesnt answer his phone at all

Kyle, I'm not sure if he has a name and posts here on stangnet or not. That number is for his house, I talked to his mom there once, but now nobody answers the phone. I let it ring for quite a while a few times, but it just disconnects after so many rings. No answering machine or anything. This guy is gonna get it one way or another....

What we could learn is not to buy parts without seeing them "in person". Kinda like going to a swap meet and looking the part over, before you plunk your money down. I'm sorry that you didn't get what I meant.

That's him, the little piece of sh1t. If you guys want to be real great buds you can all call his house at about 2 or 3 in the morning for me....he never answers so you wont get charged for the call. Yeah I sent him a regular money order but I have the receipt for it and I have all emails where he agreed to send me a gt40 intake for 300 bux and I have the email where he said that he got the money. Tomorrow I'm calling his local police and the FBI. If the little pr1ck doesnt have to pay me or doesnt go to jail, he may just get his intake back.....I'll leave it in his car as was suggested. If I show up to his door and he doesnt have money, I'll kick his ass but then I'll go to jail which would suck. I think me and 3 friends would be enough for him to want to pay me what he dearly owes.
