Well I did it again today. New Best Numbers for me after my GT-40 Intake was on. The 100 MPH mark was just missed but im extatic over the e.t. alone. Enough talkin heres what everyone wants to see...

R/T:.120
60':2.002
330:5.691
1/8:8.788
MPH:81.09
1000:11.465
1/4:13.714
MPH:99.96........oh so close!!!

I think my next two mods need to be Throttle Body and Mass Air. Anyone have info on what gain i should see with both and also what sizes would work best for my combo???

Nice times, get those 60's down by heating the crap out of them BFG's and you will have a low 13 sec time. I had the old school BFG's and would get 1.8 60's N/A and 1.6's on the sauce, also that was runnin them at 12psi.

Congrats! I agree with Jake, shift it a little higher. I shifted mine at 5500 when I had the edelbrock intake, stock heads and cam.

I went from shifting at 5500 rpms and running third gear out to shifting at 5400 1st to 2nd. 5200 second to third and 5000 3rd to 4th. Gained .2 on my et and picked up 6mph to run 14.2 at 102.2
this is with ported heads and a ported stock intake. B303 cam as well

I ran basically the same with the same mods except an edel performer 13.91 @99.80 but on 225 street tires with a 2.25 60ft. I went to 6,000 with all the bolt ons and the stock heads and cam. I ran a best of 13.63 @101.80

good deal, thats all im looking for is to be able to run the numbers I should. The lowered suspension is killing me though its so hard to turn a good 60'. My best to date is a 1.970. Anyone know of any good starter suspension mods that will help me get my 60's back down??

oh yeah almost forgot, brian15 gets a big attaboy for his performance in my car on sunday as well. The kid had never driven the car before period except into the staging lanes and goes out and busts a 13.94. Which at the time was the cars best. Im beginning to think i'll let him do the driving to see some even bigger numbers haha

Add a set of adjustable struts, shocks, and get rid of the cut lowering springs, especially in the front and your 60's will fall.

I certainly would, it can only help you at this point. They will be a bitch to install, but they will give you the weight transfer you are missing.
