I went to a local "import shop" They were having a dyno day.
My car was the only domestic car there. My car went 3rd.
They have a dynapack system. I've read it reads 15% lower
than the dynojet. I really felt out of place with all the hondas
around. I left right after they finished with my car. I only let
them make 2 pulls. I should have stayed to see if I would have
won for the highest rwhp car. I only let them take it to 6000rpm.
It started going lean at 5000rpm.
It made 510hp@5000rpm and 541tq@4750rpm sae
This was with 15psi and 18*.
If it does read 15% lower than the dynojet that would explain
it going lean at 5000rpm. My 42lb injectors must be maxed out.

Congrats.. nice numbers. I'm incredibly jealous that you're TT. Wish I had a better paying job.

Looks like there maybe is a problem, those #s are a little low. It should make OVER 600RWHP at that PSI. But hey, 510RWHP is ALOT...so great power #s, just seem low for what you have. Im looking for that out of a 2.2 KB and stock heads and stock cams...it will make closer to 600 with blower cams.

You dont happen to live in TX do you? Because I heard of a silver GT(in the elgin area...he kinda tried to run me before while N/A) that was N/A and then he went with with heads/cams/forged SB and stg 1 HP TT kit....and pulled out his 4.10s and put in 3.27s. you seem to match the definition on mods, but it is a big counrty lol.

And why does your sig say 539RWHP?

are they at 100% duty cycle?

sounds to me you dont have enough fuel pump to feed them.

I don't think it's a problem at all. The dyno reads 12-15% lower than the dynojet. So that would have been at 12% loss 571rwhp. Which would mean
n\a it would make 286rwhp. And that is right where it should be with 8.5 cr. Also as stated it went lean at 5000rpm and then power droped to 490rwhp. At 5750 it started going back up. At 6000rpm it was at 505rwhp and going up.
In july my car dyno on the dynojet and made the 539rwhp. That's why tread states new dyno #s.
I live in Ohio. My car ran a 11.66@126.09 on 10/13/2005 running on my street tires that are nondrag radials with a 1.868 60'. The race weight was 3500lbs.

I wasn't doing any data logging. My fuel setup should be good to 700+rwhp.
I was told that 42lb injectors max out at 580rwhp. The person that told my that uses a dynojet. So I'm thinking if I had been on the dyno jet it would have read close to 580rwhp. I will be going to another dyno day on 10/29
and it is a dynojet. I will be able to compare the #s.

I'm running a c&l 95mm and Mafxtender. It's not pegging. Sct 2800 will peg before 700rwhp in a blow through setup like I have.

Your funny. That car was a sti with c-16 and 30psi. I've talked to the owner at the track. Real nice guy. He and his friends like my car also. His car has run in the 11.3's and so has mine. It would be a good race.:Zip2:
