Welp was out last night, only got three runs in sadly.
True Street was there and took up the majority of the track time.
Sucked, not to mention how many people were racing that night.

But Best I could cut all night was a 1.96 60'...
Pathetic at best, brand new 26x10.5 on a 15" rim.
They have about an hour or little more street time.
And I did a few good burnouts at the track before each pass.
First pass was all motor, launched around 4000.
First seemed ok, but it's horrifcly short as usual.
Shifted second and it just bogged horridly.

That was a 1.98 60'
Second run, played a jackass and didnt have it in first all the way.
Making me look like a fool.
Third run, Tried the juice.
Bottle was basically empty from that second pass flop(barely had any to begin with).
So was running on say a pound, not really enough to see white from the purge at all.
Tried launching around 4500 on partial juice...
Think I spun or something, but cut a 1.96
Had my strange 10ways on the softest setting, and had the tires around 15psi.
I hope the tires just need breaking in, because this is rediculous.
I was cutting 1.70's with old ****ty ones last year with a lot less power and without the Adjustable struts!

Sounds like the track could be better prepped. Drop your pressure to about 11 psi. I run 10.5 psi in mine, do a good 2nd gear burnout, and I launch on the rev limiter. My 60' last week was a 1.67.

what pressure you run?

sometimes also with new slicks or dr's you gotta haze em' real good first time out to get all the sticky chemicals to the surface

Said 15 PSI, and I did THREE burnouts and got about an hour of street driving on them.
Maybe 2 hours.

Possibly, but True Street was there.
So it couldn't of been THAT bad.
But it was also a street night, so the jackasses do drive through the water box.
And I do the 2nd gear burnout at around 5k - 5.5k rpms
For a good couple of seconds.
I make a decent cloud and let off the brake and still in gear move forward.

I'll try a lower pressure next time out. Didn't really get to screw with it too much only really 2 passes.

More like a bad week, if you only knew...
But won't be up there for a good two weeks.
Closed next week for IHRA crap.
So won't be able to try for my rightful 11's until 9-14

Well, digging up an old post. But why repost the same results?
Tried a lower pressure last night, around 13-14psi after a run.
Couldnt hook for crap. Can't explain this at all...
Granted I was launchin around 4k-4500 off the juice, theyre ET STREETS
And im not making too much power. But best 60' of the night was a 1.91 :S
Friggin horrible.
Final run, i decide Well Maybe Theyre Not Getting Hot Enough.
Did a burnout for a good margin of time... Longest i've ever done at the track.
let off the brake and coasted forward.
Brought it back up to 4500 on the juice. Let the clutch out and :S.
Spun once more, cutting a 2.0 60'
This is more than rediculous.

Are you asking for your personal stash of info, or you curious to see what I may be doing wrong.

Hold the clutch with your left foot, sidestep the brake and gas with right foot.
With right side of foot rev to about 3000 and dump the clutch.
Pretty easy stuff

Contrary to popular belief, ET streets aren't for everyone. Sometimes they just work like crap.

Bet you would do better with bfg's or mt drag radials.

They worked wonders last year.
But were old and about to be unuseable.
I could try the 10-12 psi range, and try not backing into the water box.
And how would a less sticky tire help me not spin?

First run, was all motor.
At around 16 psi(when warmed up) launched at around 4000, tires broke loose.
Spun first, second and was going sideways in the process. Went for third just to stop spinning and bog the engine down because the run was done anyways. Just took it easy through the traps.
Second all motor run, brought pressure to 14(warmed up) and launched around 4500ish.
First was short as hell because it always is, but felt good. Second bogged and killed me.
So decided to try the juice to account for the Bog, but never worked.
Just spun em.

I don't know. I'd do a 30 second burnout with them. My dad took his Dakota R/T up to a local 1/4 mile track on a borrowed set up M/Ts that were never used and all he could cut was 2.2s It was spinning all the way through first. We made 3 runs and the tires still had the protective coating and tits on them.

10.5 psi
good burnout
NO dry hop after burnout
Dump it at 5000 rpm
if you bog lower the rpms
I noticed your subframe connectors, but do you have traction control devices?
