My first car was a 67 hardtop in red with a black vinyl top and interior, my second car was a 67 convertible with the same color combination. This was back in 78/79. Fixed up the convertible with my dad good enough that I drove it until 85 when the frame started to get real bad. Other things happened in my life that made me park the convertible. I said that I would never be one of those people that said "wich I kept that car" so I did. Fast forward to today which marks the first time in 25 years that my car has seen daylight. Instead of resting, it was rusting all those years so it's REAL bad. Started looking for a good forum tonight and found this one, seems to be a good source of information and good topics. I'll be hanging out in the classic forums most of the time, looking forward to my multi-year project and developing some new aquaintances.
