New motor... Any estimates on HP?

I'm building a new 302 for my 88GT, its motor needs a rebuild badly, but but I can't be without a car while I rebuild it. So I'm building a new block. Specs are below, let me know if you have any guesses on what kind of RWHP it will make.

STD bore 302 block
Eagle "SIR" Lightweight Rods
SRP flat top forged pistons 10.1:1 compression
Total Seal Rings - Gapless second ring
Fully balanced rotating assembly
E303 Cam
Comp Cams 1.6 Pro Magnum Roller Rockers
AFR 185s with 58cc combustion chambers
Stock intake w/ ported lower
stock mass air and 19lb injectors
BBK ceramic coated shorties
Stock H-pipe
Flowmaster cat back
255lph fuel pump
MSD 6AL
MSD Billet Pro Distributer
MSD Blaster Coil

Future upgrade as money permits:
GT40 Intake
24lb injectors and Granatelli mass air sensor
BBK 70 mm, throttle body
Tremec 3550 or TKO

Thanks,
Craig

The following parts need to be replaced with your setup for optimun performance...

1. 19 injectors...you need at least 24's but 30#would be ideal if you want to run the stock fuel pressure of 38psi...
2. stock MAF...you need at least a 77mm or even an 80mm...I strongly recommend Pro-M...
3. Stock intake has to go even when you port the lower...the stock intake won't flow more than 200cfm where as the head flow 250cfm+...
4. E-303 cam will work...however, it's a wasted potential with the AFR's 185...The best results are with a custom cam especially with AFR's...give Ed Curtis a call and see what he recommends...BTW: on a 302 I would go with AFR 165's simply because you won't have to notch the pistons and the 165's will make more overall power under the curve...

You will be severly choking the engine if you choose to stay with your setup...it's hard to predict the HP you'll see form it but definately will not be what the setup can produce with the right parts...

That's pretty much how my future mods are planned (GT40 intake, 24lb injectors, maybe 30lb, MAF, adjustable FPR), but I need to stay at least clost to CA smog legal for now. I may be moving to Oregon later this year where I wouldn't have to deal with smog at which point I would definately go to a custom cam. Also keep in mind that this is my daily driver so I need something that is easily streetable, reliable, and gets decent mileage.

I have a similar setup minus the AFR's 185...I have ported and polished GT-40X heads...I have a custom cam and GT-40 intake...the car is very streetable...however, gas millage will suffer no matter how much you try to surpress the urges of beating on the car...It's all in the combo to make it reliable and streetable...Take my advice and do everything at once and save yourself unneccessary headache...BTW: did you already purchase the AFR 185's? If not get the 165..they are so much better on a 302/302 motor...If I may suggest...get a bigger intake than the GT-40 or have the GT-40 lower ported...but that will cost you around $400...I suggest Edelbrock Performer or Holley Systemax...
