New motor!!! New questions!

So i've have decided to get rid of my 5.0 efi that has been giving me all sorts of hell. I'm going to buy a 351 out of a 96 F250 from a trusted friend. It is efi as well BUT not for long. I'm going to take advantage of it being outside the car and swap in a carb. Here's my list of the parts i think im going to need. Please tell me what i'm missing

It's a vert, will this affect the motor mounts in any way?

That kit is not bad for the money but the carb really isnt a performance model... looks like you need a throttle bracket, throttle cable...

Im not a fan of the small cap dist but they will work, there were no details in the description...

What cable and valve would you recommend? Also what dist would be best
