Yes many people don't understand that you can't mix and match, yoou have to go for a kit that works and was designed to match the rest of the setuphognutz said:they are not really a stiff spring I but they do lower a fair amount so I would want a decent dampner if you want it to last. You can stock height S/S without having many problems. I am doing it now with my 98 cobra and sportline springs, i lost my last pair of S/S due to being totalled, might aswell try just the springs with the stock setup, but they won't last i can tell you that.
