So as some of you may already know...My car got hit. Well the guy is getting charged with hit and run. While my Attorney goes after his insurance (which he has) I figured i needed a lil something around town. Something V8 RWD and Full Framed!!!!

Got it for $1500......its a 1998. Mechanically sound but alot of stupid repairs done. Like rather than replace the exhaust gasket they put some kind of cement around the flange then wrapped it with that exhaust tape/ metal. Or the Alpine radio that was put in that resets every time the car turns off....then when i put a new fuse in for the door chime the radio wouldn't turn off at all. But theres no check engine light. I bought it in Springfield MA and drive it back. Then the next day the blower motor didn't want to work. So fat ive invested about $55 between a blower motor and gasket. I think it may need a new passenger side window motor soon. But like i said....basic crap.
One other thing...RI is supposed to tax a vehicle on sale price if its over 7 years old. Well the lady tells me certain vehicles don't apply like mine
and i was then taxed based on a book value of $5150!!!
I'm telling myself im gonna keep this thing bone stock....but a part of me wants to sneak a 5.4 Quad Cam motor under the hood and a Cobra Emblem on the fender....I'll try to refrain.

A Cobra 5.4? or a 4.6? I refuse to pull an entire motor out these days unless im increasing displacement.
