Im having a hard time finding out which regulators have boost comp and which dont. My problem is that when my car was first tuned with the SCT chip I had a non-comp MAC knock off reg. on the car. Well it started to leak a little so I replaced it with an aeromotive reg. that has a 1:1 boost comp. Now my power from 5000 rpms on up is being killed because my AFR goes way past 10:1 buy 5200 rpms. My tuner said there is alot of power left in it but doesnt want to tune with the current reg. I have now. He said it actually works against the SCT programming. He said that with the 42lb. inj. and my 190 pump I have more than enough fuel without boosting the pressure. So without going back to a stock reg. who makes one without boost comp built in.

Bob you should be able to just disconnect the vac line...it registers off the boost it see's from the vac line. Set it with the vac off, and put a cap over the port.

You should be able to set it vac off and your tuner can do what ever he wants with the SCT tune.

I like the Kirban units if you want to buy another but you really do not have to if I am thinking correct.
