ok I got 2.5 flows dumped how to get tail pipes?

well the dumps are driving me crazy its loud and sounds good but i cant take it no more. I finally decided the other day to get tail pipes. Now where to buy them? 2.5 chrome stainless only though.


anybody can give me directions? what about some pics of tails on a GT body kit?

Just look in any 5.0,or Mustang mag.,lots of places have them.I got a pair of Bassani's with 3 inch chrome tips,I love em

The dumps sounded awesome for a while though huh? I went through the exact same thing loved the dumps when I got them, but eventually couldn't stand them. I just went to a local muffler shop and had them install some tail pipes that turn down and are hidden behind the bumper cover so I am no help on where to get your tail pipes.

same thing here man, im tryin to find a set also. best bet would be to find someone parting out a car or ebay. i found mac tail pipes but they are 160 bucks or something ridiculous like that. let me know if you find a place that is pretty cheap with good lookin pipes.

Summitt has 2 1/2" Flowmaster tails in regular and stainless tips. I'm doing the same thing, the dumps were ok for a while.

dumps are pipes that go straight off the muffler a few inches or even just straight off the muffler. so they dump off under the car, before the rear end. im runnin dumps right now, they are alright with me, im just not gonna pay for tips

Do you want Gt tailpipes or lx? Cause why spend the $$ on chrome or stainless steel pipes if you cant see them cause of the bumper?

yeah i figured u couldnt even see the Tail pipes. Im not even sure what im gona do, might buy a cobra rear bumper and spoiler maybe then you could see the tail pipes?
