Was out at "streets of willow" track yesterday and there were like 8 mustangs running.....which was really cool ..(as were the cars) everybody ran clean and quick....

Next week some of us are running at Pahrump NV...what do you folks think of a Mustang challenge...like haveing a timed session every so often at a track?..we could coordinate it with the Focus challenge??

I was out there yesterday also. I was the one driving the 86 Mustang that was White/Blue stripes. My brother was telling me that your the one with the grey Mustang that was giving rides and hauling ass. Thanks for the ride! I would love to do some type of challenge like that, but unfortunately I probably could not afford it. I guess I will have to start saving up for another track day.

Hey I remember you!!! well its 100$ and I have arrainged for Free lodging....so 100 plus fuel....very similar to Fridays event except an afternoon clear lap session. Get some of your Socal buds to join us....its even good business!!

Big secret...the HEAD of ford racing (marketing) and the chassis head will be there to hang out....thats worth the 100 alone!!

(learning that max "Gs" and sand dont mix)

Slidemaster101: While that does sound very tempting I don't think I can make it. I'm still recovering from the additions I made to the car before I went on Friday. While max G's and sand don't mix you made it look easy to recover from that spin.

Runningmole: sounds good. I was also tired yesterday, from the drive back. I'm interested in seeing the video.

Well perhaps we can get one of those together at the same course....its a fun one....I believe that "Redlinetrackevents.com" had rented the pahrump track right after next years Sema show....might put together an event for that.....

dont forget about october at buttonwillow....should have some rockets running there!!!
