The original is on tonight at 8:00 Eastern. A lot of discussion about which is better, the original or the cheezee remake.

Judge for yourself if you have not seen the original.

Saw it when it WAS the new movie!! The add says they destroyed more cars in that movie than ever befor in ALL the car movies before then!! that was a good era !! Two Lane Black Top ( yeah a Chevy... but good racing) filmed in LA during the 70s !! Big Willy was the MAN in LA for street racing.. ran a MoPar I think!! Dirty larry and crazy mary.. a dumb Mopar that runs thru the Ca. orange orchards and eats a train!! Benny and the Jets... a good 69 Mustang and a Camero with some street racing... Of course Vanishing point... Kawowski and drugs... Bullit !! need I say more??? AHHhhh... the good ole days!! now it is too fast to burn rice... LOL

I bought that video on the discount WallyWorld shelf. It is a good movie, dated but good.

good as far as the chase goes....
the worst part was the 5 seconds of film devoted to the secretary's hidden desire to be with the guy........OMG that was lame.
apparently the director thought it needed some "artistic" value! LOL!
