Overheating... HELP

I have a 94 V6 and for a while now it's been overheating on me. I've noticed that the needle spikes to the A-L on NORMAL while accelerating and driving but comes back down to the M when at a stop. But after 15 min of anything it starts hitting red which I measured with an IR gun to be 250-260 :(. I also turn the heat on to help the engine cool a little but I only get cold air, it might be the heater core but I never use it cause I'm in Florida

I don't think it's the head gasket because my oil isn't milky and there's no white smoke coming out of the exhaust.

My guesstimations is that it's the water pump or the radiator? Ive replaced the thermostat, flushed the system, burped it several times, changed rad cap and the ECT

ANY HELP?!
