i was planning on getting some cutouts for my car this week but then i wasnt sure if i could pass smog or not. soooo i called a few local smog companys and they gave me blank reactions such as "idk you would have to bring the car to me". i mean i know its illegal but if they are closed you would think it wouldent make a difference right?
