Planet Magnaflow sucks at life. Well atleast tracking what they have and presenting a time frame to the client.
- Ordered on Thursday. Was given no time frame to expect it.
- Called them on Monday when they opened, I was advised I was recieve a tracking number via email that earlier afternoon. Recieved no tracking number. I get an email late afternoon letting me know they're still checking on it.
- Tuesday I email them asking for a time frame and or tracking number. They reply with the following: "We are working on this information. Magnaflow recently moved warehouses and they showed 5 in stock when you ordered but they may not be in the bin they are required to be in. Once we hear from them we will know more. Please have patience"
I reply, I'm not happy. "So, I am to understand the order has not gone out, you can not locate the product in which I ordered, and I can not be provided with a tracking number, and or timeline? I'm trying to be patient, however, my experience so far has not pleasant"
They reply: "We just talked with Magnaflow, the inventory in the system is off. the 2 onhand quantity is incorrect. They will be building these on Sept 4th. This is the earliest we can ship. We can refund your order or hold the order until it ships. Sorry for the delay".
I requested the refund of $465.00. Which now will take 72hours for the bank to complete. So, I will have wasted a total of 9 days with Planet Magnaflow due to their errors.
I'm not saying do not order from them, just take this as fair warning and be certain they have what they state they have.
