Looking for a bargain basement head swap for my 86 5.0. The car is already equipped with a TFS street intake, and according to the previous owner, a FRPP e-cam. However, I'm unsatisfied with the current power. With stock port e6's, the loss of a little low end torque from the cam is noticeable, however, it still goes flat at about 4500 RPM's. I have two sets of e7's sitting around, one with good guides and valve job. I was thinking about doing a basic port job on them, similar to diyporting.com heads.
I was just wondering if the gains would be worth the hassle, I was kinda hoping for 30 or so horsepower. Not much money, but quite a bit of time. I realized gt40's would yield better results, but hard to beat the price for stuff I already have.

The road that ran past our house was a one-lane rural route. Every morning, after new york escort parents had gone to work, I'd wait for the mail lady to pull up to our box. Some days I would put enough change for a few stamps into a mason jar lid and leave it in the mailbox. I hated bothering new york escorts lady with this transaction, which made her job take longer.

please put a bullet in your brain....

I didn't think about the pistons being different, that's a good point. Apparently, the engine in it is .030 over, according to previous owner. So I have no idea what pistons are in it. I'll just make sure I check PTV clearance, regardless of what I find in there.
