Finally able to get the wheels and tires mounted up to the car. Damn I can’t wait to finish this thing again before the seasons out. Also added my new ign1a coils to the motion raceworks coil bracket and set them onto the valve covers.

Very cool mike. Someday in the far off future I’ll want a version of that too.

I’m interested in how well it runs, you got to update us whenever that happens.

Ain’t got much done recently but did the coil pack wiring to the plugs. Installed a Wiggins clamp on the throttle body as well as vbanded the new turbo going into the intercooler. Got until April 19th until I have to have it done and race ready lol. Pay no mind to the quality of the welds I’m still learning how to weld aluminum. Haha

Well had a minor mishap with the car. Looks that I have found the limits of a magnafuel 4303 pump. Unfortunately with that being said it took a head gasket with it and cracked the driver side head. That’s racing, I will say when I come back out things will be better. Swapping from these ported dart pro1 195cc heads to a set of RHS 215 cc heads. Luckily the only things I will have to change is intake valves and possibly push rods. Everything else will swap over from the old heads.

My theory of what happened is that it lost a head gasket at top end of the track, when I let off of it coolant got sucked into the cylinder and the head was the weak link compared to the forged rod and piston. Other then that I have no clue how it happened
