Alright well this past weekend I installed the Pypes Violators cat-back system on my 94 5.0. It installed pretty easy and all, but the pipes location is somewhat odd and didn't know if it was supposed to be like this.
The pipes come about an inch away from the back tires, and I wasn't sure if this would be a problem. Also, the pipes come about 2 - 3 inches away from the fuel lines.. another possible problem?
Just wondering if anyone else that has the pypes exhaust has had any similar problems or if it is meant to be this way? We tried many of times to loosen up and move the pipes to get a better fit but it was no use, that was the best we could do.
On the bright side, it sounds mean with the vortech and full exhaust now.
