I had my car dyno'd with a catted H pipe, catback, & C&L 85mm MAF & with an email tune it gained about 14 rwhp & 17 rwtq over untuned, but the car was way too lean. Then I changed my exhaust to LT's & o/r H & got a real dyno tune & I picked up about 13 hp & only 9 ft lbs, but keep in mind that with the new dyno tune my car was at a safer more rich a/f ratio & was at a mild 19 degrees of timing. Then I added a few degrees of timing & put it back on the dyno & My car gained 12hp & 8 rwtq just by advancing the timing from 19 degrees to 22 degrees.
I started out @ 275 rwhp & 294 rwtq & by adding LT's, o/r H, & a dyno tune my car is now @ 315rwhp & 327 rwtq
That being said, I think that if you actually have a good tuner tune your car, I dont see why u wont pick up around 15-20 rwhp because u have most of the bolt ons that u can do on a 2V besides headers. I heard that the GT's have a pretty lame tune from the factory & with all the induction upgrades & no cats, your car is probably a little out of wack @ this point. Are u getting an actual dyno tune, or an E mail tune. Like I said before, I had bad luck with my e mail tune being too lean......Good luck with your tune....
