Question about my White Faced Guages......(RPM Redline)

I purchased my guages off the internet and made sure I ordered them for a GT.

However the redline on these guages are at like 6800-7000 instead of 5800-6000 like on the stock guages. Why is this???

I mean it's not that big of a deal because I know where the car redlines, I was just curious.

I've seen that too - for some reason they're just wrong. It says for a GT, but has a 7K redline.

get you a built motor, and then you can run it to 7K

mine are the same way. and they are not cobra gauges. the speedo is still 150 mph.

Don't cobras have 150 MPH speedos?I thought only saleens have 200MPH speedos.I pointed out a S351 clone a few weeks ago because I looked in and it had 150 MPH gauges LOL, have to say that it looks good with the saleen B Kit though.
