Does anyone ever go 18x10 the front wheels? Fox body question.

i think 9 inch wide is about it (of course depending on wheel specs such as back spacing and of course tire size).

I'm such an idoit when it comes to backspacing and auto lingo. Basically are there some numbers I can work with when picking out a set of rims? Something like if the numbers are too high the rim won't fit. Whats a middle ground number for backspacing.
