Happy to see the deck and walkway for your Dad. I was going to suggest you have a ramp somewhere to get to the house without having to use stairs. The driveway should be good, too.
Yeah, the driveway was a bonus. This company we chose was the only one out t of 5 bids that planned to raise the carport and ramp to it.Happy to see the deck and walkway for your Dad. Yes, insurance is part of it along with grant. A long email was sent to the parish grant office two weeks ago. They have since worked a total of 4 days. If they would stay a solid week they would be finished with everything but the driveway. I'm sending pictures of the unfinished concrete to the parish tomorrow. Thing is I asked as soon as the finished the steps to fix it. I had two 2x6's at the bottom to smooth the transition because it was uneven and had trash in it. The came and cut the concrete but didn't finish. It looks the same off my back deck onto the patio. It's like I ask for something to be done and they don't do it out of spite.Did insurance play a part in this?
Grant money?
Contact whomever is paying them, no more money till finished!!

Well, for the most part. Still have to finish the other carport. The posts are still temporary. And they havent fixed my electric service. It's still hanging at a 15 degree angle. So they came back and finished![]()

I'm tempted to start from the neighbors driveway, floor it and see if I can launch to my other neighbors backyard.looks good. you should change your user ID to... coRAMPrat![]()
